CHEF’S KNIFE - San Moritz Elite knives are handcrafted & polished one at a time in Solingen, Germany by 3rd & 4th generation cutlery artisans. They are one piece, hot-drop hammer forged for a sharper knife & include POM handles for comfort.
BLADE WITH A PURPOSE - The smooth, fine edges on this chef’s knife can be used to cut, chop, slice & dice all firm and soft fruits, vegetables, meats, and fish.
THINNER & LIGHTER - The San Moritz Elite 6” Stealth Chef’s Knife is about 25% thinner and 10% lighter than our traditional chef’s knife.
HIGH QUALITY - Our 15-degree blades are crafted from German 1.4116 steel alloy & hand stropped on a cloth wheel, creating the sharpest knife. Plus, the bosterless heel simplifies all cutting, sharpening & honing tasks, making use of the entire blade.
